Create an account or sign in, then choose a sport on Home. For Streetlifting, review the path,
choose your optional equipment and training notes, select your training days, and enter your current assessment.
Tap Assign my path, open Practice, choose an available workout, and log each set.
Gravity calculates each Streetlifting session from completed work. Finishing the prescribed sets at the supported effort can move your program forward; incomplete work holds the current target for next time. Hand Balancing progress changes only when you reassess a repeatable hold or skill, not from checkmarks alone.
Yes. Gravity requires an account (email + password) so your training can sync across devices and stay backed up. After you sign in, the app also works offline and syncs automatically when you're back online.
Check your spam folder. Confirmation emails can take a few minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us.
Reminders are optional weekly local notifications. You can allow or deny them when prompted, and change this any time in your device's notification settings for Gravity.
In Gravity, open Progress, scroll to Recent sessions, tap the trash icon beside the session, then choose
Remove history. This removes the logged sets for that session from your local and synced history. It does not
rewind your current target, program week, or earned milestones.
If the session is not shown, or you want to delete another specific part of your data without deleting your account, email hyrudotcom@icloud.com from the email address on your Gravity account and describe what you want deleted.
In the app, tap your avatar on Home, open Settings, then choose
Account → Delete account.
This permanently removes your account and all of your training data. You can also email us to request deletion.
